We arrived very late in the night after a long travel delay but the staff kindly left our room key/check in details by the reception as it was closed by then. Thanks for a comfortable stay!"

"Very nice hotel located on a quiet street but at the same time conveniently close to the busy downtown area. Location was perfect since it allowed us to get to the beach and the Sea Garden in just 3-4 minutes by foot. Breakfast was really good, with many options to choose from and satisfied children’s and adults’ tastes. Staff was friendly. Will definitely consider HUGO hotel for our next stay in Varna."
