The infrastructure was new and amazing, with modern interior styling throughout. Very comfortable, with staff very numerous, and attentive in every way.The room was spotless, but warm and very calming. The dining facilities and cuisine were very impressive, bright and cheery at breakfast, and colorful and first class for dinner. Swimming facilities were numerous and well-kept, pleasing and fun.

Have you ever had oysters, mussels, jamon and quail eggs for breakfast at a hotel before? Neither have I until my husband and I stayed at Nemo. And breakfast is not the only mind-blowing experience at this luxury hotel. From stunning rooms with comfortable beds (and a pillow menu) to swimming with the dolphins, this hotel is unlike any other! The pools, the spa and the salon are fantastic. We were able to book a couples spa package and use the services on the same day of the booking. The girls at the salon do the best pedicure and hair care I’ve had in years! We were celebrating my birthday and the hotel went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing time. The staff even surprised me at breakfast with a personalized cake, sparkling wine, a gift card, a song and the most touching birthday wishes! Part of the gift was a swim with the dolphins, tickets to the dolphin show and a photo-session with these majestic creatures. It was a WOW experience, and I highly recommend Nemo hotel for your special occasion or vacation!

Asked for early check-in few days prior to arrival, they said that will try to accommodate me, which never happened.. I was ready to pay for it, but no one said anything about that, so I was waiting from 10 am to 3 pm to be checked in. On the reception staff can be more friendly, not fake-friendly! Bell boy was great, good hospitality! Also hotel driver charged me 250 Ukrainian money for 5 minute ride, very expensive. I don’t mind to pay, but price has to match the quality!

I’m not the resort type and I was alone. Stayed for two days. Check in, check out were quick. Staff was polite. Room was small but really clean modern and tasteful. Bathroom was great. The big pool by the “boardwalk” was crowded with families and kids. The roof top pools were much smaller but calmer. Food was good. No complaints except for the very loud music outside until 6 am. Front desk didn’t know what it was. It might be the best place of its type in Odessa. Great gym, activities, salon, spa and a cool dolphin show and a swim with dolphins thing (though I don’t know what to feel about those either). I recommend it though the type of place is not my cup of tea.

The resort is beautiful. It's right on the Black Sea with amazing views and lots of activity too keep your eyes busy. Very relaxing pools and hot tubs with music and beautiful woman. If you are a traveler from the Americas be prepared to be treated a little differently than Eastern europeans. I definitely sensed a coldness and even a rudeness at times when speaking only English.

We stayed in a panoramic suite which has a great view and very spacious compared to my kid's room which was very small. Food is just OK. Check out was very very very slow.

This is A hotel. The staff is intelligent, doesn't waste your time on the phone, everything is possible, you have freedom of choices. I didn't swim with the dolphins, I felt sorry for them, but except that, a full A place.

The rooms are very spacious with balconies opening to the sea. Breakfast includes free sparkling wine and sometimes oysters. The restaurant on the roof is quite good and the ocean view is terrific. On a negative side - there are dolphins in the pool in full view of every ocean front room. I felt sorry for these gorgeous animals, as they are in a small pool and hotel makes money by offering 10-minute swim with dolphins (everyone who pays about $100 get to ride a dolphin).

Beautiful hotel with spectacular views of the Black Sea. The breakfast was spectacular and included sparkling wine for mimosas. The rooms are nice and the bed very comfortable. The pool is great and you can see the dolphins. Lovely hotel.

A great hotel
Nemo Resort and Spa is a great hotel, with all the facilities anyone (including families) would want on a holiday. The staff are friendly and helpful and I had a great stay at this hotel. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is: as it is a little out of the city centre a shuttle service would be a great addition to the services the hotel offers guests.

Too many middle eastern, loud and lacking manners visitors, make this property less attractive to Western and North American tourists. It is too bad, besides that place is nice and breakfest first class.

I will not come back to this resort! First of all, service lacks in every aspect. The reception had such arrogance about them, as if they were staying in the hotel not me. Most employees seem miserable working there. ( I have overheard them talking about how little they get paid). If you forget your towel card, they don't have a way of checking if you are a guest, so good luck getting a towel. Getting change ( smaller bills ) is unheard of. I had to tip in dollars or euro because they NEVER had change. At 10 PM it could take 20 mins to get one drink when there's no one at the bar. The pools are not separated between kids and adults. So while you swim someone else's kid will jump and splash you. Even when I took an aqua aerobics class 3 kids were jumping right next to me invading my personal space. Funny thing is I paid over $500 per night and they allow non guests of the hotel to use the pool (for a separate price ofcourse). So I'm paying for a 5 star hotel and sharing a pool with 30 kids. ( most were in the pool by the bar btw). DO NOT take anything from the mini bar!!!!!!! The prices there are equivalent to 5 star hotel in Vegas. They try to get you on everything and the fact that they are smiling doing that really made me feel gross. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is because of the location and the very few people who went out of their way to make my experience worthwhile.

Service and amenities exceeded my expectation. This hotel is a bit expensive, but best if you want to feel yourself on top of the world. Rooftop pools, bars, beach… beach of the ground with excellent animation service for kids, sport activities with animation an DJ, massages, waiters, pools, saunas… and of course dolphins, 3 times a day great dolphin shows, oceanarium… compliments from cleaning ladies – water and sweets. Amazing breakfast… very well trained and friendly personal of the hotel.. This is club hotel… very unique place for Odessa.
