"Property location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, the best in town. Room was clean and renovated. I would rate this hotel 5* but they missed one important item to replace during renovations. That shower head was just awful. "

"The beds were comfortable. Room overall was clean but there was a lot of trash and candy wrappers behind the nightstand on the floor (saw this when we moved the nightstand to plug something in) and there was some trash on the floor behind the toilet. We went to use the hot tub and the water was not hot. We reported and was told maintenance would fix it but they were not there. Also, reported lose faucet on bathroom sink after day 1 of our 4 night stay and was told again maintenance would fix it and they never did. There is a sign on the mirror that say no room service unless requested however for long stays the room would be serviced after night 3. On the morning after night 3 we told the front desk we only needed clean towels and trash to be emptied. She told us we would need to bring the towels to the desk to be exchanged for clean ones. We are not high maintenance but it seemed like every time we told the front desk about something, nobody offered to help. The only friendly person we really met was the attendant the night we checked in and the gentlemen that tended the breakfast area in the mornings. Also, one of the sprinklers in the ceiling must have had an opening in the ceiling around it and the opening was filled with toilet paper that was hanging down. Not sure we will stay at this property for future visits. "

"Excellent spacious room, parking, good breakfast options, safe, centrally located in Beaufort & a swimming pool as well (tho it was a little dusty due adjacent road works). Only minor error was the absence of mirror with decent light outside of bathroom setup, the ladies will winge, fellas who cares?"

"We loved everything about our stay. The room was beautiful as well as the view. You can't beat the location either. I would highly recommended 607 Bay Inn. "

"Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together."

"Our first time to Beaufort and we stayed at the City Loft Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and convenient access to our room. The location is spot on if you want to walk the sites of downtown. We'll definitely make this a top stay for us next visit"

"Stay was awesome. Staff was friendly except the lady that puts out the breakfast. She wasn’t rude just not responsive and seems annoyed to do her job. They were running out of things at the same time and maybe people were standing around waiting. Some people were irritated but we were fine. I would recommend them prepping better for faster turnaround. Overall a great experience and we will stay there again!"
