「Pros: kitchen breakfast staff was very nice and helpful, a/c in room worked well. Cons: charged a 50.00 deposit i didnt know about refunded at checkout, there was 2 stains in carpet in my room and I noticed 2 towels were stained when I held up to the light . Water pressure in shower was weak. Also the walls must be thin because I could hear my neighbors next door too well」

「Very clean room. Staff was couteous and helpful. Hot tub is outside and not available off season. That would have been nice to know ahead of time. Breakfast is continental, no protein beyond milk and yogurt.」

「The property was clean and the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast included with your stay was surprisingly good. The carpet in the hallway on the 4 th floor where we stayed was a little lumpy possibly from water damage but the rest of the property was well kept and well managed. I definitely would recommend and would stay there again.」

「My husband and I stay here frequently when we come to Ocean City. It's our favorite place to stay when there are vacancies available. My only real complaint is the drainage of the bath tubs are not the greatest. On several stays, we've had to deal with clogs and slow drainage during shower time, which is an inconvenience, annoying, and not the most sanitary. Other than that, I have no other complaints about the suites.」

「The location is good. Even though you cannot see the beach in your room but you can just walk to the beach by crossing a road. The room is fantactis. I ordered a big bed and I am very surprised that it is KING Size!!! The hotel room has everything you need. and the check out is super super fast, you just need to tell your room number and give the card back to the front tesk. I really enjoy staying here. They provide declisious breakfast in the morning untill 10:30AM. I will definitley come back...

From maintenance to front desk to the manager. 10 stars. I’ve never been to ocmd and this was an amazing experience. We will be back this summer. Excellent location impeccable staff. Thank you 」

「Chambre avec cuisine, parfaite. Étage un peu bas donc vue pas forcément incroyable. Les bruits de couloir s'entendent beaucoup dans la chambre en cause une porte d'entrée très mal isolée. Petit déjeuner très bien. Emplacement sympa. 」

「I can’t say enough about the staff at the Castle in the Sand. We had to move from another unrelated hotel in the area after a very poor experience and everyone we dealt with was so helpful. 」
