Our area was close to the boardwalk but it wasn’t clear that we weren’t going to be staying on the board walk as the “ocean front” advertised. There were many flies and bugs in the apartment we stayed at and the table cloth was sticky. Other than that it was pretty neat and the staff were very friendly and ready to help. Good for the price.

We got what we paid for. Not complaining at all. It's bare bones. If you get a room you get a bed , fridge, tv, microwave. Our view was right on the boardwalk and could see and hear the ocean which was equally one of our favorite parts. Slept so good. The downside is just because it can get a little noisy at certain periods because you are right on the boardwalk, but it was nothing overwhelmingly loud. Just be aware that you can hear the sounds of the boardwalk. Would definitely book here again for the price especially over a holiday weekend.
