「The room was spotless, and the check in staff, she was very sweet and helpful」

「I wish I could give this resort 5 stars but it’s Hotels.com’s fault and my fault for not paying closer attention to detail. When I booked this I unfortunately didn’t understand it was a FAMILY resort. It is PERFECT for families with kids. Although I was curious about the conference area. I also didn’t understand the language well and perhaps j was there on a dedicated kids weekend. As a solo traveler I was caught off guard. Other than that this resort is FANTASTIC!! 「The only downfall is, there is to many stairs, when you leave the hotel to go to the villag e, specially for older people,」

「Beautiful place to stay 」

「Very pleasant and friendly service.」

「Perfekt super obsługa und Service wszystko bardzo ładnie i dobrze」

「Staff was very helpful. They called several companies to get a taxi for me that would accept card payments. Breakfast was excellent with wonderful selection.」

「Clean room. Nice staff. Very tasty and good choice breakfast. Convenient location close to town and river walk. Biggest downside are noisy train coming just at hotel.」
