「Everything perfect except the arrogant lady by reception does not know what is priority to take care. We were not be able to get our key and she kept my family wait outside of villa for 30 mins. after checking time. She claim that they cannot give us key since the room is still not be check up even it is ready. 」

「The staff were very nice and friendly. We were able to check in when we arrived which was a little earlier than check in time. The beds were a bit hard but I was able to sleep really well. I would definitely stay there again. 」
