Family-friendly, pool view, the House was good although needed some renovation works. We enjoyed our stay and the kids were happy. Breakfast was good. Overall the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Advertised as a 5 star hotel, which is a ”joke”. Correct level should be 3 - 3,5 stars. The apartments do need a lot of refurbishment. It’s called a resort, but if you aren’t there for golf, I would recommend you to choose another hotel. The staff however very friendly and helpful.

Modern luxury in a peaceful setting

Very spacious and modern place. Nice pools available, great kids playground. Very peaceful and tranquil. If anything, it was very windy when we were there, and also cool for the season, but otherwise, perfect stay.

An excellent home base

We stayed for a total of six days exploring the local towns and found this was an excellent starting base. Lots of room in the villas. Quiet and convenient. Being situated in the country made it a great escape at the end of the day. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay near Óbidos!

Big apartment with 3 levels with fully equipped kitchen and living room. Very nice views over a golf course and apartments well fitted in the scenery. Very good value for money, considering the size of the apartment! Very relaxing and quiet.

It's a nice place, far from everything. We got a villa with too many stairs, and no one helped us with our luggage. There's no milk for coffee and the hotel doesn't supply it either

amazing place, maintenance needs attention

Wow - what an amazing house. A few points - swimming pool looks like it is not well maintained and flaking. The master bedroom smells terrible - perhaps an animal had an accident. The house is well equipped for longer stays. If the less positive points are sorted out, I will definitely come back next time and stay longer.

BEAUTIFUL

My villa is simply fantastic. Huge, a fabulous view, a fantastic living room overlooking the park. The pools were freezing so I did not use them. The gym NEEDS TO IMPROVE: it's too small and with limited exercise machines. The entrance doors are run down and I was told they will redo them in the near future. They need to be taken care of. A down point: there is NO supermarket inside the resort so you will have to drive 20 minutes to the nearest supermarket. So if you drive you may be ok, but if you don't drive remember to bring food otherwise every taxi trip will cost you between 16 and 20 Euros (anything more they are trying to rip you off).

Dårlig service og rengøring.

Vi boede der i 7 nætter. Der var flere problemer med huset, som eks. Manglende lys på det ene badeværelse, toilet der ikke kunne skylle ordentlig ud, batterier der ikke duede i fjernbetjeningerne, ødelagt vaskestativ, et af de elektriske rullegardiner kunne ikke rulle op og ned mm. Vi kontaktede allerede receptionen første morgen og 4 gange de næste dage uden held. Til sidst kontaktede de os næstsidste dag 2 timer før de gik hjem for en aftale. De kunne åbenbart ikke bare komme og lave det uden vi var til stede så vi gav op. Fair at ting kan gå i stykker, men alt for dårligt at man skal kontakte dem så mange gange uden de gør noget. Der var meget beskidt i træningslokalerne, hvor der ikke blev gjort rent. Man kunne heller ikke selv gøre maskiner rent efter brug. Poolen blev også mere og mere beskidt imens vi var der uden den blev gjort ren. Der var blade, døde insekter og døde frøer i.

Infelizmente, minha experiência no Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort foi extremamente decepcionante. Desde o início, tive problemas. Aqui estão os principais pontos que me levaram a essa insatisfação: - Check-in atrasado: a unidade não estava pronta. Mesmo chegando no horário, só consegui entrar no quarto às 17:30. - Os aparelhos de ar-condicionado não funcionavam. Só consegui ser transferido para outro apartamento após inúmeras ligações, e isso só aconteceu às 19 horas. - Limpeza inadequada:A cozinha estava com panelas e louças sujas. Além disso, encontrei uma meia de um hóspede anterior debaixo da cama. -Higiene no resort: Havia fezes de animais espalhadas por todo o resort. Parque infantil abandonado: O parque infantil estava em condições precárias, representando um risco para as crianças. Vários pregos expostos. Benefícios Gold:Os benefícios Gold, que antes eram muitos, agora sao ignorados. A lista de vantagens simplesmente não é seguida. Fora que não existe spa. Café da manhã:As frutas servidas no café da manhã estavam estragadas. Atendimento: nada simpático. Em resumo, o Hotel Bom Sucesso Resort deixou muito a desejar em todos os aspectos. Não recomendo.

Accommodatie was ruim en fijn terras met zonnestoelen en grote tuin. Uitzicht was fantatisch, gelegen hoog. Wel auto nodig want park is ruim en geen winkels op het park. Appartement had ramen tot de grond, elektrische gordijnen, miste wel een wasmachine/droger. Vaatwasser was er maar geen leesbare programma's Top was de ondergrondse parkeerplaats voor de deur.

Geweldig verblijf gehad. Mooie nette bungalow, schoonmaak was goed, elke schone handdoeken enz, zelfs de afwas werd voor ons gedaan.badlakens kon je gratis bij de receptie halen. Ruim opgezet resort. Alleen jammer dat de bar bij 1 van de zwembaden alleen van donderdag tot zondag open was. Bij de andere zwembaden weinig ligbedden. Gastvrij personeel en erg behulpzaam.

Es la tercera vez que vamos, el servicio y calidad del club House excelente. Al reservar la habitación deberían especificar que tiene escaleras. Lo más decepcionante en esta oportunidad encontramos telarañas en los muebles exteriores, en las barandas de los balcones y al abrir las ventanas,. además los tapetes de la sala y alcoba muy sucios y empolvados.

Tinha tudo para dar certo

Natureza, tranquilidade e arquitetura. Mas só isso não chega. Reservámos um T2, que à chegada percebemos que estava mal cuidado, incluindo a janela da suite que não fechava, parede esburacada e a limpeza deixava a desejar (havia uma melancia estragada no frigorífico). Após visita da manutenção, foi-nos atribuído outro alojamento. Neste outro alojamento há a referir: janela de um dos quartos com trinco estragado, AC da sala avariado, lixo por baixo do sofá, carpete e sofás sujos e com manchas, cortinas da suite avariadas (não fechavam) e ausência de um balckout na sala (janela panorâmica) condicionando a privacidade da casa. Falta claramente limpeza e muita manutenção nas casas. Apesar de tudo isto, ambiente agradável e cama e sofá muito confortáveis! Cozinha bem equipada. Foi-nos oferecido um kit de lenha para compensar o AC avariado. No check in foi-nos dito que o PA tinha um valor de 15€/px e que poderíamos reservar ligando para a receção ou para o Clubhouse, sendo que escolhemos a última opção. Descobrimos no último dia que reservando com o Clubhouse era 16€ e não 15€. Após exposição do facto, foi-nos cobrado os 16€. Não é pelo valor, é pelo princípio. O espaço é lindíssimo e bem cuidado e é pena as construções inacabadas que se encontram ao abandono a estragar a paisagem. Pessoal do Clubhouse simpático. No final de tudo, gostámos da estadia e achamos que o Resort tem tudo para dar certo se for gerido da maneira correcta. Seria um sítio a voltar, mas…

Clean golf resort hotel

As described. Pretty clean inside and spacious apartments. The check in is not until 5pm which is far too late though in my opinion. And they aren’t willing to compromise on it at all. I’ve been here two years in a row now and they do not compromise. Poor show there - latest check in I have ever heard of.

Nette woning (2 etages) voorzien van airconditioning, zowel boven als beneden. Van alle gemakken voorzien zoals veel keuken apparatuur. Badkamer en toiletruimte op boven verdieping en toiletruimte/douche beneden. Buiten een groot gemeenschappelijk zwembad (we misten alleen een 2e ligbed buiten) Iedere dag werden de bedden opgemaakt, handdoeken gewisseld en toilet schoongemaakt. Wel een auto nodig want het grote resort ligt wat afgelegen.

Resort design, casas muito agradáveis, bonito e bem cuidado, muito dedicado aos praticantes de golf, e tinha muitas famílias com crianças pequenas! Não é um hotel, o restaurante é limitado e deslocado; tem que se ir se carro tomar o pequeno almoço! No entanto a avaliação geral é bastante positiva.

Pas terrible ne mérite pas le 5 étoiles

Très décevant pour un 5 étoiles l appartement 3 chambres est spacieux et offre tout le confort nécessaire cependant niveau propreté c’est à revoir la maison est sale des fourmis partout jusque dans le lit et les douche et très mauvaise odeur dans la cuisine les fenêtres à l etage ne s’ouvrent pas ce qui ne permet pas de profiter de la terrasse Autre point négatif le petit salon de jardin sur la terrasse à l arrière cousin très sales ne donne pas du tout envie de se prélasser Enfin concernant la piscine le liner est abîmé Et l extérieur du complexe paraît vétuste de nombreuses constructions abandonnés donne une autre mauvaise image Personnel sympa
