"The location is good, especially if you’re going to Legoland. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was superb! Having been to many hotels and had many breakfasts before, it exceeded expectations by far. The kids’ play area was good enough. The only negative was, that there was the European championships in football at the same time, and the hotel organized a public viewing one evening, that went on until late. With kids walking up at 6am it made for a very short night, as could not sleep...

"Tired hotel with no curtain in my room and far too hot although the radiator was switched off. The shower head would not hold up and the bed was very soft - ok for some people I know, but not me. There was no breakfast other than coffee and worst of all there is only a small time with any staff. That’s no help if you’re facing a keypad to get in. The telephone number to a sister hotel cuts off if you select the English option and if you take the German option they are not exactly helpful - I am still waiting for a call back that was promised in five minutes! "
