"The room was a great size and very clean! I don’t understand the lack of air conditioning as it was pretty warm when we arrived. When the temperature cooled at night the room temps dropped with the doors (to the balcony) open. The restaurant was fantastic for dinner! Downside: I’m not positive I’ve slept on a less comfortable bed in a very long time. It was stiff and lumpy. It’s a cool location for the views of Triberg. "For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At...
