HERMITAGE Lake Lucerne - Beach Club & Lifestyle Hotel
Not great. Falls short of the little things that make a great hotel. We had no hot water for one day. . Great. Jews but overpriced for what you get.

Overall the property was OK. Nothing special, there was no air con which is fine, but a small fan would have been good as it was very hot and could not sleep. There was an odd smell in the flat which lingered throughout our stay. The pillows were awful, and so was the bed. Would have been nice to ...

Top city center location by Airhome
The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. ...
