「I would like to share my experience to help future travelers. The property is listed as a “homestay,” but in reality it operates more like a hostel. The entire apartment — including the bathroom, kitchen, and common areas — is shared, which was not clearly mentioned in the listing. 「The mattress, comforter without its cover sheet, pillows look terrible have mixmatch colors, bigger size. The towers looks bad. The host should learn how to do a basic cleaning standard business. The room is pretty new construction but the bedding, organized bathroom is also ver important 」

「Should be renamed Brera Un-Serviced Apartments as during our stay it was completely un staffed. There was not a soul around to help with the nightmare check-in or anything else. Online chat said no-one was around due to illness. But this was a poor excuse for abandoning guests .. particularly as check in was unnecessarily difficult. A good company would have had replacement staff and put notices up saying the office was shut. Not good enough 」
