"Management was not to be seen. A lot of undertrained staff. The main hotel is in very poor condition and needs major renovations. Hygiene can be seriously improved. The new section of the hotel with a spa and the restaurant is on the other side of the street. In the main building, there is no possibility to have tea or coffee, not in the room and not in the foyer. "Super convenient and comfortable Pension-style hotel close to Liechtenstein and just minutes walk from the thermal baths. Shame about a lack of any staff, even during the day. Breakfast was better than expected and the coffee machine was a huge plus!
