「Beyond 5star! It is seldom in international travel that an entire hotel and staff can exceed all expectations. Mamoun Exec Manager and Thaer and staff from kitchen to room cleaning were beyond. 「Hotel gave us free upgrade with terrace in our 3 day staying and I really appreciate that. Room is well equipped with kettle and shower gel, WIFI is stable. The hotel staffs are all very nice , they gave us warm greeting every time when we go in and out hotel. The hotel staff helped us to book JETT bus ticket to Amman, and the bus stop is just next to Petra. Hotel is at central area, 8 mins walk to Petra entrance with lost of restaurant selections along the main road. Hot water is always ready...

「From the moment we arrived we were made to feel incredibly welcome. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. The hotel was comfortable, spotless, and very well run. Breakfast was generous and excellent, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. What impressed us most was the personal warmth of the people here. We had some lovely conversations and really enjoyed getting to know them a...
