「We booked a room with a kitchenette, which included a washing machine. Both were appreciated since we are on the road for over a month. The hotel contacted us to ensure we knew where to park, and also have us info on how to access the building and our room because we were arriving after operating hours. 「作为一家挂牌四星级的酒店，这里真的太让人失望了。我们一行四人，订了一个四人间，有四张单人床，但是住进去之后，房间的问题真的很多。 缺点： 1. 热水要放很久很久才出来，大冬天的，等水洗澡真是不好受。 2. 暖气不管用！暖气机没有一丝风，打电话叫前台解决，刚开始来了一个服务员，没能解决，后来前台也一直拖着没来看，后来很久才打电话来问我们要不要换房间，换房间太麻烦，我们强烈要求加两床被子留在了原来的房间。天气很冷。 3. 水质有杂物，煮出来都不能喝。 唯一的优点大概就是窗外的风景还可以，停车场对于自驾的我们来说还算方便，没有其他的了。 真是让人失望的四星级酒店，不会再回来住。」
