The fact that the receptionist was not very friendly didn't bother us as much as the ice machine was unavailable. The bathroom smelled like urine was leaking out, but that was hardly noticeable, unless you close the door. This place was formerly Rodeway Inn so no surprise there. Would not stay here again.

Exactly what you would expect at a truck-stop motel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However the bathroom was not clean, there was a giant spider. There were visible stains on the door trim in the bathroom as well. Ability to block out light from the window is not sufficient to feel fully safe. The main door to the room was difficult to close fully.

It said non smoking room but had some smoky scent to it...the chairs at eating table were fabric-stained..the sheets were clean everything else ok.. was ok for my situation/price good with Expedia... checkin they were appropriate.. maybe ask to view room before paying

Stay was as expected.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Blankets and comforter were drab and looked like they need replacing. Stains on chair. Ring in toilet. Stay was fine since i didn't have high expectations for accommodations.

I really appreciated the simple and speedy check In process. Also my interaction with housekeeping was kindhearted and very pleasant. I don’t think the majority of the negative aspects were even their fault. Also it did seem as though the property was under going some sort of renovations Also I must say that for the price I really can’t complain. I would even be happy to stay there again

booked on line with Travelocity for $100..... charged $150 on arrival.....not a nice thing to do to a retired person on SS.....won't be using Travelocity or visiting the INN anytime soon PS the Dennys down the street..one of best I've been to.

It was a quick stop in a long road trip. Appreciated someone at the front desk when we showed up at 11:15pm. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Poor condition
I booked this motel because it had an electric vehicle charging station. Unfortunately it did not work. I messaged the hotel prior to arriving to find out but I never heard back. The room was poor. floor was dirty (vinyl), sink plugged, lots of stains on walls and furniture. Has not been modernized. Bed was good though.

Surprisingly quiet, given its proximity to I-5 & a large truck stop. Food optios limited, but there's a good bar a short distance away. Firmest bed I had on this "loop trrip"; good deal for the $$.

I booked two rooms. Both were filthy. Black mold in the bath, black grime above the switches and receptacles. Splatters on the wall. Whiskers behind the bath sink faucet. One bed had black somethings and what looked like dog hairs on the sheets.

sheets were old and grayish/worn. I got some flea bites and had an itchy head throughout the night. I noticed several people had dogs in their rooms. It would be nice if they reserved some rooms with no dogs for those of us that prefer no fleas. Otherwise fine.

After reading your reiew we looked up what room you stayed in so we could take care of the issues you mentioned, however there are 4 rooms listed under your name. We deep cleaned all 4 rooms to make sure this issue does not happen again. We do have designated pet rooms and have not had any complaints about fleas in the pet room or non-pet rooms.
