I have no idea how this hotel has received ratings like 8/10 or even 10/10. Our experience was terrible from the moment we walked in.
First of all, the rooms look nothing like the pictures on Expedia. The photos are completely misleading and do not reflect the condition or quality of the actual accommodations.
When we went to check in, we were immediately told that the air-conditioning and heating weren’t working in our room. We asked if we could get a discount since these are basic necessities, and the front desk staff initially told us yes. She went to speak with someone in the back (we assume the manager), and when she returned, she said they would not honor the discount after all.
Then, a different employee came to relieve her and told us flat-out that if we weren’t happy with the accommodations, we could cancel our reservation and find another hotel. At that point, it was too late and unrealistic to find somewhere else to stay, so we were stuck.
To make things worse, the TV didn’t work either, and there was no iron or ironing board in the room, even though it clearly states in their listing that these are provided. Despite booking a room with two queen beds, they only gave us one set of towels—no extras, no consideration for how many guests were in the room.
This place is extremely poorly managed and the staff clearly doesn’t care about guest experience. I’ve attached pictures so others can see the reality.
Do not waste your time or money here—stay somewhere else.
