"It was quiet and clean. The wifi worked well. It is a basic hotel with exterior doors. I would stay again if I need a hotel in the area. Plenty of restaurants nearby. "

"During my recent stay at Seven Clans Hotel, the fire alarm went off repeatedly between approximately midnight and 2:00 a.m. (around midnight, 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., and several additional times in between). While I understand that alarms can malfunction or be triggered accidentally, what was most concerning was the lack of communication or direction from hotel staff during the situation. At no point did anyone provide instructions such as asking guests to remain calm, exit the building, or letting us know when it was safe to return to our rooms. It appeared that staff were either unaware of how to handle the situation or had not been trained to communicate during a potential emergency. Fire alarms understandably create anxiety for guests, and clear communication from staff is critical for both safety and reassurance. I was disappointed in how the situation was managed and would strongly encourage the hotel to review its emergency response procedures and ensure staff are properly trained to guide guests during situations like this."

"The check in was fast and easy, as was the check out. Desk staff were very nice! We had a problem with oit waterheater not being on and one call and 5 mins later 2 nice maintenance men were there and it was good as new! Great customer service! The only drawback was the pull oit sofa mattress was not comfortable at all! I put a bunch of blankets on it to help pad the springs but still couldnt sleep on it. Time for a new foam variety? "

"The hotel was a little dated, but what really impressed my is that I actually left my wedding ring in the room after I checked out and called the front desk and the deskperson was able to locate it for me. So a special thanks to that guy!"
