"Because the Morgan has a poor interface with Expedia, I never received the texts they promised after I booked the room. Eventually, I was able to gain entry to the hotel with the help of a staff member who gave me a key to my room, which was up two very steep flights of steps. The room itself was superb: modern, clean, a comfortable bed, and a private roof deck. The commercial area outside the hotel is noisy until 9:00 pm or so -- and probably much later in the summer (I came during the off season.). All told, I had a good experience, largely because of the great room and convenient location."

This fourth reservation was made solely because of the receptionist’s misinformation about the third, already confirmed, reservation. I was placed under pressure to book another room out of fear that one of the couples in our party would not have accommodations for the night. The non‑refundable policy was then applied to this fourth reservation, even though it was: • Made less than five hours before check‑in on the same date, and • Made while management was fully aware that there were already three confirmed rooms, one of which your own staff had failed to locate in your system. This reflects a serious lapse in accuracy of consumer information, system familiarity, and customer‑service judgment. "great place to stay its convient clean although need more blankets and pillows ac works amazing but the hot tube or in room hot tubes need work on the hot water. everything is cleaned food was great gotta have there burgers also the kid that works in the market. hes awesome one helpful sweet great customer service not sure of his name but he needs a raise. he mad me happ comfortable and he was funny in a kind way. good personality. thank you kid."

"Room was dirty. Pillow cases not changed. Dirt and hair on them. Trash left under furniture. Room not vacuumed well. One bright spot was staff who were extremely apologetic and got me a new room immediately."
