The room was clean but it seems there are different staff who clean the room on different days since the number of towels replaced changed in the middle of our stay (from 3 sets to just 2 and then back to 3 sets). 25% of the time at least on of the elevators was out of service and there were 2 nights were the hot water was just lukewarm. I expected more since there was also a daily resort fee (about $50 per day). Not my best stay at a Sheraton property - not sure if I would stay here again. "

"Stayed in Diamond Head ocean view room. That view! Second time staying here. Staff is amazing, location is unbeatable for short walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Beautiful area. No room service is a drawback but it’s made up for by beautiful beach and the great pools along with hundreds of take out options, including Rum Fire, the restaurant right at the resort. The Edge of Waikiki pool is perfect for a drink and view of the sunset. Highly recommend. We just got home and miss it already!"

"This room was disgusting! It feels and looks dirty walking in! We paid for a PARTIAL OCEAN view and all we got was the parking lot view and roof view of another building. The beds are double beds and are literally SAGGING! Terrible pillows, dirty bathroom upon check in... GROSS, GROSS, GROSS!!! spend a few more bucks for something that will be worth it, called front desk multiple times and no answer... I finally decided to give up on trying... NO GOOD! "
