Easy to find hotel, quick freeway access, ample parking. Restaurant next door was convenient and food was as expected - neither great nor bad. Room was clean however latch on first floor window was broken so not secure.

Stopped here on our way through SD so the kids could swim. The pool was quite cold, but the hot tub was warm. The hallways had a strong, relatively off putting fragrance. The room and hotel were dated and could use some TLC and more thorough cleaning. Certainly not a terrible place to stay, but could use some improvements.

All good. Rooms have two doors, one leading out back directly to car. Other through lobby. Nice bar and restaurant next door.

Everything was nice and clean. My wife swam in the pool. The breakfast was nice, with many choices. The staff was courteous.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast hot and clean area. Room was a little noisy due to sound carrying from other rooms. Beds comfortable and room very clean. No Kleenex in the room.

This property had a high rating and I can’t figure out where it got it. Everything is old and out dated. The tv remote and a crumpled piece of tape holding the batteries in. Germ city!! The sheets had such a strong fragrance I could barely breathe.

This is a super clean hotel, and they serve a high quality included breakfast. Staff is stable and very accommodating. The rates are good. We travel to Chamberlain often and this is our “go-to” place to stay.

Nice pool
Stayed here on our way back to Rapid City. Chose it for the pool which was really nice for my kids. Hotel needs refurbishing/ maintenance. Carpets, rooms, bathrooms are worn and need upgrade. Several fitness center equipment pieces were out of order. Breakfast was good for continental.

Arrived at 9 pm and the room they gave us was only partially cleaned, fridge was turned off, freezer door open with a puddle of water in it, door was propped clear open, lights and tv on, floor not vacuumed, beds partially made with a grubby pillow missing its pillow case in the middle of the bed…I could go on. When I hauled myself and six year old son back to the front desk, they acted like it’s no big deal, what are you complaining about and when I asked for a different room, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Will not be staying here again.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable. There was only oranges for a fruit choice. Would have been nice to have a little more healthy selections. Room could really use an update with the carpet and shower curtain needed repair

Quiet, clean, and friendly
The check in was easy, night attendant even offered to carry bags for us old ladies. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was quiet. We loved the atmosphere. I highly recommend this place.

Bed was very comfortable. We came 9/9 and the hotel did not want to seem to run the a/c. The a/c in our room was faulty. We were given one washcloth for two people. We were told to park and load in the back. This backed up to a sketchy area with poor lighting. I was not going to leave my car there! Overall, I just would not stay there again.

The way to our room was not explained well it was in a separate building, it had 2 doors and one was locked with the chain so we had to go back and get instructions again and then was told the door was sticking bad so hoot we could get it open, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was poor and staff not to friendly, not bad but completely over priced for the quality

clogged drain and no response from hotel
the shower drain was clogged. we arrived late from hiking and all needed a shower. i asked the front desk for another room but none were available. i was supposed to receive a call from the manager next day for some sort of $$ accommodation, but i never rec'd a call. I would not recommend staying here
