"Although the staff were helpful and the facilities great, was disappointed the room was not ‘refreshed’ at all despite being there for five nights. Notice was also put on the door but still no joy. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of food and drink facilities across the road. Was just off the old town which was only a ten minute walk. Lots of history to see. and cafes and restaurants to visit."

"The location is magical and we are so lucky that we didn’t stay down town Santiago Compostella. You can hear the stream sounds from the room. Service was fantastic all around. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was superb. Food and service were excellent. Front desk staff were exemplary and easy to reach. I would like to thank Elias for his efforts and dedication throughout our stay. Also Noelia was very helpful. Definitely recommend staying here if your journey takes you to Santiago De Compostella"
