Had a really enjoyable stay at Renaissance; service staff and cleanliness of the place were great, as was the provided hotel breakfast. Only negative was that the lap pool had some loose/broken tiles which might be a safety concern, so hopefully that is addressed by the hotel maintenance swiftly

It’s a beautiful location and the facilities are very good. All the staff I encountered from the Pool guy Guna and the bar stafff, the chefs and even the gardeners were all so friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again :)

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff are doing a great job cleaning the rooms. Request are readily granted. Transport from hotel to the beach and shopping mall is awesome. Thanks! Will definitely stay in the Renaissance again when we come to Bali.

The facilities are world class. The staff are incredible. Our room was stunning. Best decor I’ve seen In a very long time. I cannot fault the resort. The New Year’s Eve celebrations were amazing. We highly recommend the resort for anyone looking for a fabulous holiday.

shuttle service was good. On the other hand, it would be a long walk to reach any shop/dining etc so shuttle would be a must to keep the guests happy anyway.

We had a great week at the Renaissance Hotel. The shuttle to the beach was wonderful as being away from the beach meant the location was quiet. Some great restaurants in the streets surrounding the hotel as well. The drinks by the pool were average but the staff were incredible and the hotel rooms were amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was a wonderful week and there were no real negatives about the stay

A new and modern hotel that was fun, vibrant and beautiful. Great atmosphere in the open foyer, great pools, and stunning gardens. Spa area was beautiful as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our family enjoyed our stay immensely. The only downside is that the hotel is not on the beach, which we had not realised. Other than that, hard to fault.

Beautiful resort - felt brand new, very clean and modern. Rooms were spacious, well stocked with water and toiletries, comfortable beds and especially quiet! The restaurant served delicious food. The spa was beautiful and relaxing (Gustarini & Sri Rahayu were very experienced). Staff were exceptional especially Jordy in the restaurant. Will definitely be back.

La première chambre proposée avait une forte odeur d humidité, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été fait sans difficulté. Le personnel est très compétant et sympathique. C est un très grand hôtel, peut être un peu brouillant mais d accès bonne qualité.

2021년에 오픈한 호텔이라 시설들과 방은 더할나위없이 깨끗하고 넓찍했음..특히 풀장이 4개라 매우 만족함..그런데, 손님이 많아지니 역시 문제점 발견..조식때는 사람이 많아 기다리고, 테이블 청소 기다리다 결국 그냥먹고, 포크갖다주기 기다리고 아주 엉망임. 커피 드릴까요? 하는 직원 4일동안 한 번도 없어 혼자 갖다 먹는 데도 사람이 많아 또 기다림. 메뉴와 맛도 리뷰들과 다르게 그저 그랬음. 그리고 음식들 바로앞에 기둥이 있어 부딪히는 경우 꽤 있었음. 체크아웃할때도 교육안받은 직원이 눈에 띄고.. 결국 비수기때나 조식안먹는 여행으로 적합해보임
