Great stay in Benoa

What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended

Great value, nice boutique accommodation

We stayed in the premium ocean view suites for 4 nights. Lovely large room, great balcony with an outdoor bath and nice view. Breakfast delivered to our room which we enjoyed on the balcony. Nice quiet accommodation with good pool. Some great restaurants across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We're whole-heartedly received by Ane, she is very hospitable, helpful, and attentive to our needs. She is very knowledgeable. Komang drove us to the airport smoothly and yo ensure our safe departure. All the staff are hospitable and very attentive. Will definitely recommend and come back.

We liked the ocean view room and the jacuzzi on the balcony. Very relaxing. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The selection of Indonesian coffees at breakfast was very impressive. We liked the cakes at the afternoon tea. Conveniently located in Nusa Dua with many different restaurants, spas, and convenience store choices nearby. The service was friendly, but a couple of our requests were not followed through on. During one day of our 3-day stay, he has to have our bed sheets changed, but it was not done. On the last day of our stay, it felt like the breakfast service was less attentive than at the beginning. A few items were missed, such as pastries and water. But overall it was a clean, friendly, relaxing stay.

The room was wonderfully spacious and the bed was very big. Tastefully appointed. Great view. Truly wonderful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Only drawback was that the airconditioning was a bit noisy, but still bearable. It certainly worked well. Very good balcony size.

Loved the spacious clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and bought to the room. The only issue was the pool area. The ground was overly hot to walk on and the pool was not that great. Very hard to get in and out on the pool on the slim ladder. Pool felt slippery. Thus I went to another resort everyday to use their pool.I would stay there again.

Property is located close to beach and supermarket and dining options. Room view is amazing which is why I chose the sea view. Breakfast is doable . What I think could be better is the lighting all that can be found or labeled . Fridge can be placed at a higher location. As for toilet and shower separation I loved it. I didn’t feel good that security was such that anyone could take the lift up . But it was a pleasurable stay . Staff are helpful . Lighting in lobby could also always be bright. But it was value for money and appreciation for the staff .

The villa was nice but no room to move around the pool. Rooms need an upgrade. Limited breakfast choice. No restaurant no room service. It was right on the beach so that’s a plus. Not a lot of shops or dining places to choose from.

Listed as 3 star but a 2 at best. Only breakfast available and limited selection. Entrance not very inviting and if disabled access is difficult if cars parked, and steps with no slopes down to pool and beach area. Beach full of sports boats and not really inviting to look at. Villa with pool, the access steps are difficult would need flat steps and short distances to climb. More sunbed around the pool only 8 available. Wifi hit and miss especially around the pool areas. Noise from hotel next door is sometimes annoying and the building work going on at the Apollo sports shed. Restaurants close by are good. All in all disappointed with our hotel facilities.

Nice stay for a short trip

Fairly comfortable room, also fairly clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful, food quality was rather good. Elevator out of order a couple times which could be problematic for some but fortunately not for me. Room window had decent blackout shades but the full outward facing window exposing the shower and bathroom area, which was all glass, had no protection from the light when the sun came up so if you have a room facing the ocean wear an eye mask unless you plan on waking early anyway. All in all, very good value for the money and I would stay again.
