The rooms at Boutique-Hotel Hauser are on the upper floors above a good restaurant. The staff are very friendly. We had a room directly above the restaurant on the side facing Unschlittplatz. The restaurant is quiet from 22:00, but there are still people sitting and chatting on the Unschlittplatz. You can also hear the cars a bit louder because of the paved road next to the building.

Be careful no elevator

Good location close to Nuremberg downtown. Friendly reception. One thing to be careful is that they don’t have elevator.

Very recommend!

Very nice hotel in best location to Christkindlmarkt and inner town, everything in walking distance. Spacious and very quiet room. We were very grateful that dogs were allowed - thank you! We gladly come back again!

Amazing location, staff and beautiful large room. This is a perfect stay in a boutique hotel in walking distance to the old town and easy access to everywhere and everything. There is also a separate very nice restaurant on the main level. I would rank this hotel as a 10. Loved the portable air conditioning!

Overnight stay and would recommend

This hotel was lovely, in a really nice area and walking distance to bars and restaurants. The hotel has stairs to the rooms but no lift. The bathroom and rooms are clean, tidy and the beds were comfy. We only had an overnight stay but will be going back for longer and will try and stay here again.

What a lovely little hotel. I had a very friendly greeting by a wonderful woman at the counter; I didn't catch her name, but she was very pleasant. She was very helpful and detailed during the check in. There was also a personalized welcome message when I arrived to my room, and I thought that was a nice touch. It is also conveniently located, so it is easy to get around the city centre.

Great little hotel offering room only options. Spacious room facing the square & mini muffin left on pillows was a nice touch. Made mistake of using Google for directions as it took us to the sister hotel. Heating works too well - especially in morning.

I loved that it was small and friendly. The reception staff went out of their way to do everything I asked of them. I wasn’t well when I arrived and they helped me to find a local doctor. It was much appreciated. Loved where the hotel was situated in a quiet spot near the river with its amazing bridges, colors, reflections, buildings and local people. I would return again if possible.

The person at check in was efficient and available to share information if required about the local area and I received a friendly good morning when leaving. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived because the photo showing the property exterior is misleading! This hotel is located in a great neighborhood very close to the old town tourist sites and has a few period features indoors that they have managed to restore! The room was immaculately clean and the mini bar supplied snacks and drinks if required.

Good Air Condition that I can make the room under 20C so I can have a good sleep. The only down side of this hotel is it's without lift. 5 mins walk from the closest subway station which is not bad

This was a very nice hotel and in a great location for walking the old town of Nuremberg. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. The only thing I would say to be aware of is there is not an elevator so you need to lug your bags up at least 2 floors. I don’t remember seeing this information in the description of the hotel but perhaps I missed it. There are small steps in random thresholds and the staircase is uneven in elevation. All this to say if you have mobility/walking issues this is not the place for you. Otherwise it is a great spot.
