"Superfräscht, nybyggt hotell med inte så många rum. Ligger vägg i vägg med ett litet större hotell som också är nybyggt och har en fin pool som man har fri tillgång till. Fem minuter att gå så är man på stranden. Mycket trevlig äldre dam som skötte om hotellet, bjöd på hemmalagad thaifrukost (supergott) och ordnade frukt till oss! "Really lovely room, good breakfast and great staff. Some drawbacks: it's a bit remote towards the end of the road of hotels, there's not enough shade on the beach (umbrellas too small) and the music at the bar was so loud in the evenings I avoided it completely."

"We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting overlooking the beach. The location of the hotel is good, you can walk or take a short scooter/taxi ride to a range of restaurants and other beaches. The beach at the hotel is stunning and quiet. Our negatives were - we had dinner at the hotel one evening and although friendly, the service was extremely slow and we ended up leaving before dessert as we'd been waiitng so long. The food itself was lovely. The jacuzzi bath on the balcony of the room took a long time to fill. Bear this in mind if you opt for this room, you'll need to wait a while before each use. The shower was a bit dated with poor water pressure. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely return in the future "

This is a lovely beach to relax and swim at. Kantiang beach is definitely one of the cleanest beaches that we have seen in Thailand. We were fortunate enough to see why the beach was so clean. The local workers from the Pimalai Resort and Spa spent sometime from work cleaning up the beach. I wish other locals and hotels would do the same to help the pollution issues that the beaches and seas are facing here in Thailand as well as around the world. It also looked like a great team building experience. You can find this beach on the way to the Southern most point of Ko Lanta.
