The hotel was nice family friendly, there were plenty of options to choose from at the buffet. If you want the nicer restaurants make sure to make a reservation at least 24 hrs in advance, over all we had a great stay. Thank you!

I stayed 7 nights,The food in a la carte was always very good, we couldn't try the mexican restaurant because they closed it for the last 4 nights that we stayed there. Buffet was also good, they rotate menus and the quesadillas at breskast time are something you MUST try!! Drinks were good too and they were always willing to prepare upon request even if they didnt know how to prepare it... my dad would get a spresso from.the cafeteria and had the bartender prepare him a carajillo drink, for example. Staff were friendly and housekeeper was very nice too! Expedia advertises the hotel has yoga but I was told there were not doing yoga due to lack of people wanting to do it but if I wanted to do yoga they could have a class for me, and so they did!! My 8 yrs old son loved the kids club and the stuff was very caring! Overall was a good experience,. I do have some observations. There are no water sports like kayaking, paddle boarding or body surfing and that's something people going to the beach may be looking for. There are SMOKING AREAS but one of them is just right NEXT to the KID'S CLUB!! for kids health it should be moved, maybe by the beach/adults pool area would be a good locating. Rooms need to be updated and would be nice if there was a microwave in the room since either you have dinner early in order to be able to see the show or after the show. In our case we had to make reservations at 6:30 and by 11 that the buffet was closed my husband and my kids were hungry

Wi-Fi never worked. Our door card didn’t work the first 2 days which was such an inconvenience because we were in the 8th floor so we had to keep going downstairs. The QR code wasn’t working and when it did work it was impossible to make a reservation at the restaurants. The tour desk personnel-Patricia lied to my husband about getting a tour for a cheaper price if he signed up for a conference. The conference was a TIME SHARE conference. Not once did she mention TIME SHARE when she offered the tour. Me and her basically went back and forth about it for a while she told me we were obligated to go. When we showed up I told the other Time Share representative that Patricia obligated us to attend it at that point she told me we were free to go. Another thing that was bothersome was that the phone in our room was not working. We tried on & off for an hour to get room service and the phone sounded disconnected. Finally, if you want to get a good spot by the pool you have to go downstairs and put an item on the chair by 7 AM or else you won’t have a chair to sit on. I was extremely disappointed on this property and management.

I liked this property for Nuevo. The beach was close to the property which we liked. The adult infinity pool was great. Things of concern was the pool bar cleanliness. The washing station was questionable as the bartenders were washing the cups with a sponge by hand and I never saw any soapy water or disinfectant type dips. It was a sketchy set-up on our opinion. The buffet is customary for mexico all inclusives. The restaurants were good

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at the Krystal Grand Resort in Puerto Vallarta from July 23 to July 26. What was meant to be a relaxing birthday vacation turned into a series of unacceptable inconveniences and poor service that completely ruined my experience. Upon arrival, the first room had bugs, and the phone did not work, preventing us from easily contacting the front desk for assistance. We were moved to a second room, only to discover that the air conditioning did not work, and the shower was non-functional. When we informed the staff, we were told to wait 40 minutes for a third room or to shower in a dirty room—both options were unacceptable, especially as we had dinner reservations at 9:00 PM that we ultimately missed due to the delays and inconvenience. We felt unwelcome. Bathroom door old and shower moldy. There was no bar fridge, AC not working, no hair conditioner. No hand towels We have reservations for December 2025. I want to cancel after this bad experience

When checking in, we could not check in normal. We had to go down to the dark basement in a cramped loud room to check in. After traveling. The dining area had no fans and or A/C so it was so so hot. I will not ever go back there. Everything was out of date.

Buyer beware! Outdated property! AC didn’t work on many occasions & was never fixed ! I called front desk 3 times & still never got ac fixed !! Food was bland .Dont expect AC in any of the restaurants either, or cold salads . Bell bar & restaurant staff were excellent . Very misleading pictures . Will never stay here again. Not one to leave bad reviews but don’t want anyone to be misled like I was by all the 10 star ratings . It’s always best to stick with Marriott Hyatt & Hilton brands as those properties usually come through . Pool was very warm & gross .

Buyer beware , outdated property. No AC in any of the restaurants , AC in room didn’t work in 2 of the 3 rooms I had for six days . When I contacted the front desk @ 2 am they said they’d send someone but never did . I called again they said he’s on the way . Still never showed up until approx 930 am the next morning still never fixed the AC. Who wants to be on vacation when AC doesn’t work . Property is outdated . Food is pretty bland, although the only good food we had was @ Ayami on one of our final nights . Not sure how this resort got so many 10 ratings. Bar bell & restaurant staff were very friendly & hospitable . I recommend looking elsewhere as the pictures were very misleading. Stick with the Marriotts, Hiltons & Hyatts. Not usually one to leave bad reviews but don’t want anyone to experience what my family experienced !

Muy buena atención del personal y muy amplio. Solo que el aire acondicionado se las habitación está controlado y no enfría más. En el buffet hace mucho calor, parece que no hay aire acondicionado
