"Hice la reserva vía Expedia y cuando llegué al hotel en el cpunter me quisieron cobrar adicional, aduciendo que las habitaciones (2) que tenían eran solo para adultos y niños, cuando claramente especifiqué que mis hijos tenían 16 años. Por suerte una persona del staff llegó a dar solución. Sin embargo ..."

"No cold water in the shower. Noisy AC No mosquito net, not possible to open windows, therefore the room smelled stuffy. Ants under the sheets. Massively overpriced, No breakfast included"
