Je suis arrivé dans cette chambre, j’ai cru que j’étais en 1990 Le lit est vachement user. Il y a aucun confort Je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit. Et le toilette est un extérieur de la chambre

Ich hatte das Hotel über Expedia gebucht, wo angegeben war, dass man vorab einen Zugangscode erhält – leider kam keinerlei Nachricht. Vor Ort hing lediglich ein Zettel mit einem Schlüssel, kein persönlicher Empfang, keine Erklärung, nichts. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts (vier Übernachtungen) habe ich kein einziges Mal Personal gesehen. Es gab keinen Zimmerservice, das Bett wurde nicht gemacht, keine frischen Handtücher, keine Reinigung. Das Mobiliar war alt und teils beschädigt – der Nachttisch wackelte bedenklich. Besonders unangenehm: Es gab keine Rollläden und auch keine blickdichten Gardinen. Dadurch war das Zimmer morgens schon sehr früh hell, was den Schlaf erheblich gestört hat. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend – wer Wert auf Service, Komfort oder zumindest ein Mindestmaß an Ausstattung legt, sollte sich besser eine andere Unterkunft suchen.

Das Haus ist alt und drinnen kommt man sich vor, wie bei Uroma, manche mögen das. Check In war ein Briefumschlag, der an der Tür hing. Zimmer war ok, WC / Dusche vorhanden, Waschbecken im Zimmer. Dusche sehr dunkel und klein, hab ich nicht genutzt. War scheinbar alleine da, war etwas komisch.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft direkt an der Nürburg mit netter junger Dame am Empfang. Komme gerne wieder.

Es liegt sehr romantisch mitten im Wald und genau da gibt es ein Problem. Nach dem Hinweis Schild hört erst mal die Straße auf und es geht über eine Schotterpiste scheinbar steil Berg ab in den Wald. Für eine Übernachtung war es ok aber für mehr nicht.

Nach 2 Stunden bin ich wieder abgereist, da das Zimmer in einem desolaten Zustand war. Im Bad roch es muffig, im Bett befanden sich fremde Haare, die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt und die Wände waren nicht sauber. Aus meiner Sicht eine Zumutung.
