One of the young waiters in the restaurant was particularly helpful, with excellent English. The reception staff helped us make a phone call to another hotel for future bookings.The breakfast was fine - nothing special. The room was comfortable and quiet and clean.」

However, there is one big problem in hotel for me, it is pillows. These are the ugliest pillows I have seen in my life, and hotel need to change them and give normal ones - especially some tough pillows too. otherwise, it is ok」

「Really cool hotel in an ancient Medieval building right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and I love that it was downstairs in the old wine cellar. And our room was MASSIVE and had a great shower and lots of closet space and shelves. I also love the free coffee, tea and snacks in the lobby that we could access 24 hours a day.」
