"The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth it. The food in Serbis is great, and inexpensive. Novi Sad is a must-visit. It's absolutely one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and it's all walkable.🙌🇷🇸❤️"
