「The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. 「Séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse, au calme. Pas d'ascenseur. Personnel sympathique mais peu présent, ne pas hésiter à utiliser la sonnette à l'entrée. Petit déjeuner symbole mais bon. J'ai du partir en avance le dernier jour et je m'excuse auprès de la gérante d'avoir commandé le petit déjeuner et d'être parti avant l'heure sans le prendre. Pas de parking à l'hôtel et les places de parking aux alentours sont nombreuses mais payantes en journée. 」

「Ich möchte auf jeden Fall zwei Aspekte ansprechen, die verbessert werden sollten. Erstens wäre es sinnvoll, die Matratzen zu erneuern, um den Gästen einen besseren Schlafkomfort zu bieten. Zweitens ist der Speisesaal, in dem alle Gäste zusammenkommen, oft überfüllt, sodass es schwierig ist, einen Platz zu finden. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden und könnte vielfältiger gestaltet werden. Allerdings finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt durchaus in Ordnung. 」
