「We loved our stay here! Great location and drivable to various Dolomites hikes and sights. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. We got engaged during our stay and the staff treated us to a complimentary bottle of prosecco! The sauna and spa facilities were also a treat to use after our long hikes. Breakfast was also fabulous with lots of variety, quality coffee and made to order egg dishes. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Orso Grigio!」

The introduction says “Eve dinner” is included, but I am misled to interpret dinner is included only if I book the hotel on 31, Dec. We ate outside before check in and found dinner is provided. 4. 「原本打算去爬山, 但雪山要5月30號才開, 結果只在湖邊住了一晚, 但這個湖實在太漂亮, 早上圍住湖跑了一個圈, 大約需要20分鐘 住這個酒店, 就是要享受大自然 酒店的餐廳, 晚餐服務非常好, 我們有自己的紅酒, 問可否飲自己的紅酒, 不用開瓶費, 他們說可以, 晚餐食物很好食」

The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great! The itinerary of daily events was a really nice touch and the dessert buffet (Fridays) and banquet dinners (Sundays) were very good. One of the very best hotel stays I have had.」
