The structure of the suite is well described and the "upper room" is not a room but a mezzanine. We cannot modify the structure of the suite; if it is not suited to your needs you are not obliged to book it !!

Relaxing and Enchanting
Fabulous relaxing stay. My room was two levels with the bed on a mezzanine. The whole room was lovely. It was well appointed and charming. It has been decorated with love and panache rather than a corporate buyer. The shower was a particular highlight. The site is very chilled and relaxed. The pool area was very nice and the surrounding countryside was stunning I ate in the restaurant at night and had a very good meal with matched wines.

Great place for couples to disconnect
A bit remote, a good getaway. Pricey restaurant, but good food. Decent service, but don't expect 24hr manned desk.

Part one of our trip
We had too rooms and thought the accommodations were very nice. The hostess Carmella was very helpful with English translations and speed of taking care of our needs. The jacuzzi was not working so that was disappointing as the pool was too cool for me. Breakfast was fantastic and dinner amazing.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit im Hotel und der Umgebung verbracht und können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Wir waren im April rund eine Woche im Hotel und hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück gebucht. Das Hotel ist besonders was die Alleinlage inmitten eines schönen landwirtschaftlich geprägten Gebiets, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung der Zimmer und der grosszügigen Poolanlage angeht! Das Hotel hat quasi Alleinlage und wenige Zimmer so dass es vor allem für Leute geeignet ist die einen ruhigen Aufenthalt wünschen und (mit einem Mietwagen) die Umgebung erkunden wollen. Wir wollten einerseits die Städte in der Umgebung (Syrakus, Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli etc.) besichtigen als auch Wanderungen in der Natur (Naturschutzgebiete Vendicar, Cava Grande del Cassibile, Pantalica, Cava del Carosello) machen und soweit das Wetter das im April zulässt das Meer geniessen. Auch für einen Abstecher zu den bekannteren Sehenswürdigkeiten im Norden (Ätna, Taormina) oder Süden (Agrigent, Scala dei Turchi etc. oder im Landesinneren ist die Lage des Hotels geeignet. Leider ist das Restaurant unter einer anderen Führung als das Hotel was einem optimalen Angebot manchmal entgegensteht, uns hat das überschaubare, wenig abwechslungsreiche aber qualitativ gute Frühstücksbuffet absolut ausgereicht. Das Personal im Hotel und überwiegend auch im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bel établissement de charme, restaurant excessif
Séjour très sympa dans un bel écrin en pleine nature. L'établissement est à dimension humaine et le personnel est particulièrement sympathique. En revanche le restaurant pratique des prix très élevés avec des portions ridiculement petites. Nous en avions pour 160 euros à deux et nous avions encore faim... Parfait pour un régime et alléger le portefeuille. Nous avions pré payé notre chambre via Hotels.com, mais il nous a fallu trouver les justificatifs pour ne pas avoir à payer une seconde fois lors du check out

Imperdibile!
L'hotel è davvero bellissimo, la struttura è immersa nel verde, con una vista mozzafiato. Sono pet friendly (davvero!!!) e tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato gentilissimo, amabile oltre ogni aspettativa. Le camere sono comode e pulitissime, e il ristorante è delizioso, sia per la colazione che la cena!!

Un posto magnifico, molto tranquillo a due passi dalla splendida riserva. Personale squisito e sempre a disposizione, ambiente familiare ma molto professionale. Non do il massimo del punteggio solo perché la camera, comunque bellissima con vista piscina, aveva qualche piccolo dettaglio che non andava (la tenda un po' vecchia e rovinata e la doccia perdeva un po') che non ti aspetti da un 4 stelle bello come quello. In ogni caso tornerei senza problemi.

Ci dispiace molto per questa recensione perchè è assolutamente fuori luogo. Innanzi tutto non vedo cosa c'entri il servizio taxi con il nostro resort. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante abbiamo una cucina siciliana ma rivisitata dal nostro chef in modo gourmet. I prezzi sono nella media degli altri ristoranti e adeguati ad un boutique hotel. Non si possono paragonare a self-service sulla spiaggia!! Del resto siamo rimasti allibiti quando questi signori si sono comprati pane prosciutto e melone al supermercato e hanno chiesto allo chef di prepararli sui piatti e di usufruire del nostro ristorante (cosa che comunque abbiamo fatto). Ecco perchè questa recensione non ci può dare spunti di riflessione e miglioramento. Nous sommes très désolés pour cet avis car il est absolument hors de propos. Tout d'abord, je ne vois pas ce que le service de taxi a à voir avec notre complexe. En ce qui concerne le restaurant, nous avons une cuisine sicilienne mais revisitée par notre chef de manière gourmet. Les prix sont moyens pour les autres restaurants et conviennent à un hôtel de charme. Vous ne pouvez pas les comparer au self-service sur la plage !! De plus, nous avons été choqués lorsque ces messieurs se sont achetés du pain au jambon et au melon au supermarché et ont demandé au chef de les préparer sur des assiettes et de profiter de notre restaurant (ce que nous avons fait de toute façon). C'est pourquoi cet avis ne peut nous donner matière à réflexion et à amélioration.

Charmante halte près de la réserve de Vindicari
Une halte réservée au dernier moment qui nous a réservé des bonnes surprises. Restaurant gastronomique et accueil chaleureux. Un seul bemolle, quelques guêpes de trop au tour de la piscine.

piacevolissimo soggiorno di fine anno
Ristrutturazione piacevole e interessante nella natura,nel contempo un po' isolata. Camera (suite lusischio) molto bella,con vista ( evidentemente un po' lontana) sulla riserva di Vendicari e sul mare. Ristorante comprensibilmente aperto solo per un buon cenone. Titolari e factotum (Andrea) disponibilissimi e attenti.Un po' meno il personale di camera. Soggiorno in coppia (63 e 53 anni),in una Sicilia molto migliorata per servizi e cortesia a distanza di dieci anni. Dintorni bellissimi e variati:da Siracusa a Noto,a Scicli e a Ragusa;dai pantani e i fenicotteri d Vendicari al mare di Porto Palo.

Una bella struttura in mezzo al verde. Necessaria la macchina per gli spostamenti. Una buona colazione. Personale cortese e disponibile, anche oltre le aspettative. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante, ma è possibile cenare in loco. Problemi con l'impianto di condizionamento che non sono stati risolti, ma il personale si è mostrato più che disponibile nel mettersi a completa disposizione.
