Pleasantly surprised by the gorgeous space... unexpected private terrace in the center of the floor we stayed at, antiques and art, beautifully appointed rooms with comfortable beds and spacious showers. Diana was endlessly patient and helpful. For us, the best feature of the hotel is the rooftop terrace where a sunset aperitivo is a must to watch the surrounding buildings glow as the sun dips. (I loved the elderflower spritz called a Hugo.) Accessibility-wise, we were met by a valet who carried in our bags. There is a standard-sized elevator on the ground floor. Self-parking was a white-knuckle affair for us, but we were rewarded with an excellent lunch & beer at a cafe directly next to the parking lot. Noto is so lovely and we had our best dining experiences here.

Beautiful room, but hotel quite cold
This small hotel is located in a converted family palazzo and the room we had was beautiful and the layout quite interesting (our room had 3 floors with small staircases dividing each level). The front desk staff, however, was not up to par for a 4-star hotel and the ambience in the lobby was quite cold and sterile. The first concierge who checked us in was excellent (although I didn't catch his name) and he offered to help with dinner reservations, etc. and anything else we might need during our stay. The other 2 concierges we encountered during our stay (a female and male) were not helpful at all, and simply kept recommending the restaurant next door (Retabló) to every guest rather than offering more suggestions. (Retabló was excellent, but there are a lot of other good choices in Noto). When we asked for wine glasses for our room, the female concierge said we should go up to the rooftop bar to get them ourselves. When I questioned this slightly, she quickly changed course and had them delivered to our room. Also at checkout she wanted us to fill out a survey about our stay at the desk right in front of her, which we declined. Very odd. The rooftop terrace is lovely with beautiful views but it felt stiff and somewhat cold as well and drinks were quite expensive. Overall the hotel needs more ambience and warm energy for the price--especially in the lobby. We would look elsewhere for a better value in Noto if we visit again.

The hotel is a real treasure right in the midst of all that is happening in Noto. That said, it feels like a private oasis of creature comforts and mindful staff that are eager to make your stay delightful. With wonderful recommendations and delicious breakfasts available in a lovely enclosed garden, as well as immaculate, elegant rooms and lovely common spaces, you will be so happy to have chosen this exceptional boutique hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was spacious and airy and the decor was beautiful. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Noto.

We loved the tasteful decor and sophistication of the building. The breakfast terrace was beautiful with lovely fresh produce. The roof terrace bar was spectacular ,with fantastic views. The only down side was the hardness of the mattress on our bed, it was far too firm !

It’s a beautiful hotel in a perfect location for town. It is very sophisticated with stunning modern artwork. What sets It apart is the fantastic staff with their amazing service who look after your every need such as Restaurant bookings, taxis, excursions and everything you could want. The wonderful Liliana is truly magnificent and without offending the PC community totally stunning.

Exceptional place in heart of Noto
Beautiful smallish hotel. Wonderful roof lounge and bar. Attentive service. Had a difficult time reaching by car, in the end was easier to park in public lot five blocks away and walk bags to hotel. Was instructed by hotel to drive to drop off bags and then park (but that required driving on pedestrian only street - which was not communicated to us.)

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel, we had a lovely time staying here for a few nights. The location is amazing, walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was gorgeous - really great views from the rooftop, especially for drinks/sunset. There was beautiful art everywhere in the hotel, and the rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious with lots of local meats, cheeses, produce and pastries to choose from. The staff were super kind and attentive. They made sure we had a great time staying at their hotel. Definitely a lovely boutique hotel experience. We would not only stay here again, but recommend it to anyone visiting Noto.

Beautiful property in Noto, very close to all of the main attractions. The front desk staff were very attentive upon our arrival. The facilities themselves are very beautiful. Each corner of the building is beautifully designed and decorated. The room was comfortable and stylish - great bathrooms, comfortable bed, very efficient air conditioning. The rooftop is so beautiful at night. It is closed during the day but this is fine, as it would be too hot. The breakfast is generous, delicious, and beautifully presented. This hotel is perfect. 5-stars!

Lovely boutique hotel in the center of Noto
Very comfortable hotel in the center of Noto. Ideal location, not easily accessible via taxi (we had to walk up a road with our suitcases, which is fine if you're not pregnant and it's not 35 degrees in the sun). Breakfast is amazing and the staff was very helpful. Taxis are very expensive in Noto so choose your location carefully. The hotel would get a 10/10 if it had a pool on the rooftop and allowed access to its roof terrace during the day... it only opens at 6pm which means you can't relax outside at all during the day.

Great boutique hotel in good location
We had a great stay here in a good boutique hotel. Staff were really helpful with restaurant recommendations and other tips. We were worried that parking might be an issue but we were able to park nearly outside the hotel without any issue. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar with great views over the city at sunset.

This hotel was a treat from start to finish. It is located a block from the main square and we were lucky enough to get a parking space right outside. The staff was terrific and helped us with dinner reservations and daytime excursions. Our room was lovely, high ceilings with a great bath. Best of all was the roof top garden with its night view of the lighted Baroque facades. Awesome.
