"The whole staff were so kind! I loved the fact they came and cleaned the room, and made the bed, and fresh towels daily without being asked! The valet service was so good. The girl at the front desk was so polite and kind. Expensive , but worth it."

"The overall experience was great, but the lower level underground parking smell was awful. The garbage stored there overflowed the containers and the resulting smell made its way into the elevators. The public areas were not affected by the smell, nor were the rooms. Not a great first impression however."

"Very nice older property right near Gondola. No ac in rooms and windows shut so quite warm when we checked in. The hot tubs and pool were very nice. We had some plumbing issues. Probably a bit overpriced compared to some other properties nearby. We were attending the bluegrass festival and that was fantastic!"
