「I had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Thunder Bay Downtown. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby restaurants. The complimentary breakfast and 24-hour coffee were also a nice bonus. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay I would definitely recommend...

「While undergoing renovations this hotel was amazing! All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and just lovely. The rooms were clean,the breakfast was good and the location is great! The only thing to improve would be to fix the jets in the hot tub - they weren't working; and I do wish there was a gym. However everything else exceeded my expectations, and I would book there again in the future.」
