"Disappointing and horrible experience. Booked this as a quick stay on our way from Indiana to New York expecting an elevated experience. What we got was worse than an econolodge. Woke up and the mattress pad had come off. The condition of the mattress and underside of mattress pad was disgusting. My wife has severe allergies and she woke up sick. We quickly realized why. The bathroom was the equivalent of putting lipstick on a pig. The shower has holes that were never repaired. The soap dish was hanging off. We rented an igloo for breakfast and it was dirty with large pieces of food all over the floor and on the chairs. When we alerted stagg we were brushed off and had to contact management. I would not recommend this stay for these prices. You are better off at a Comfort Inn. Very disappointing. "

"This is second time we have stayed here, other places were booked. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything from other rooms. The room is relatively clean, however our table was not cleaned, the mattress was not comfortable. If you want breakfast here, make sure you’re down early as they close their breakfast at 930."

"The good: Room was clean; loved the shower; great shampoo & conditioner The not so good: There was no butter for the toast, English Muffins, etc.; there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the room; the check-in clerk was not very friendly. I didn't like the way the side snack room was set up. Not the fault of the hotel, but the Bayfront Parkway is under construction and I had a terrible time following the detour back to the hotel in the dark."
