"The staff of this property were absolutely fantastic. We realized we booked for the wrong day and they accommodated us regardless. We ended up staying in a two bedroom suite and it was adorable, roomy, and immaculately clean. We were surprised when we first arrived that the main property (that a lot of the photos are of on this listing) was completely under construction and not where we would be staying. The staff shared with us that they are rebuilding after the recent hurricanes and we would be staying at a different building around the corner. Where they accommodated us was wonderful, but the pool and outdoor seating areas were much smaller and not the same as the pictures. If you choose to stay here, you will have a wonderful experience, just be weary that the outdoor areas may look different from the photos. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants and bars. "

"Clean rooms which have been updated but building is showing its age. Great location, staff was friendly and willing to go out of the way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Rooms were freshened up daily which was a nice surprise and the continental breakfast was very good with a nice variety. We would go back in a heartbeat!!"

"A consistently clean and comfortable place to stay with our little LH dachshund - we usually stay one night at a time when visiting family in that area of Tampa. The lobby area is inviting and roomy - staff is wonderful and we always seem to meet the nicest, most considerate fellow-travelers & have never experienced otherwise here. Jose, a waiter in the breakfast area is so warm and encouraging - always a bright spot in our day!"

"This resort is dated but ok. Few problems like hole in wall in bathroom lock on balcony door fell off, the toilet paper is VERY thin, the ice machine and dryer wasn't working BUT the location was good parking was great and the best was bar restaurant was right there by 2 pools and the hot tub. No beach but the gulf was right there with the best sunset and of course the free shot at sunset. Live bands and jolly trolley stops right there. Actually would recommend this resort even with the few faults. Might go back again in a few years."
