「The staff I interacted with were friendly. No digs at them.
Rooms small. Bathrooms small.
Toilets smaller than any I've ever seen. Felt like I was sitting 6 inches above the floor.
Shower leaked, and no soap in the dispenser.
Breakfast wasn't impressive. Hot items were empty or cold.
Cover sheets on bed were stained.
HVAC remote control didn't seem to actually work.」

「Beautiful location. The views are amazing. The hotel is undergoing renovations so there is some dust and noise in the lobby and outside. The room was spacious and clean. Very nice.
The mini-fridge didn't work. The biggest drawback was the mattress. It was one of the hardest and most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I have had more comfortable nights sleeping on the bare ground. My back was sore for hours after I got up.」
