"Everything was great ."

"Upon check-in we notified staff we'd need a roll-away bed for Sunday night. Got to the room, the toilet didn't flush properly. When maintenance arrived hours later, he wanted to pass off the plunger to me to fix the toilet! Which never got fixed over the 3 nights we were there. Sunday comes, we call down to the desk to ask about the roll-away, are told they don't have any but can bring a mattress. When we get back to the room later that evening, no mattress, just an extra blanket and pillow. The staff never let us know that a roll-away or mattress wasn't available or we would have made other accommodations. The toilet never flushed properly. The shower didn't drain properly. When we spoke with the manager upon check out his attitude was one of indifference to the situation, never once offering the simplest of apologies. Never again will I stay at one of these facilities."

"Not clean, stains and hair all over the sheets, smells a bit weird, bathtub dirty, people banging on the random door thats inside, ac machine smelled moldy, ice machine was broken"

"Trying to check in multiple times after the 3pm check in time to be told each time, our room wasn’t ready yet when we had a concert to get to, and in a time crunch! Several other people in the lobby were told the same thing and in the same situation. I think they underestimated the amount of people, and the concert crowd that was in town for this performance, and should have prepared better with their housekeeping, Staffing and front desk staff also to help get everybody checked in in a timely manner.."

"This is a unique property that we mostly enjoyed. The staff was accommodating, but the breakfast that you have to pay for is extremely limited. The hot tub was down most of our stay, while the "heated" pool was freezing and that was the main reason I booked this property. Also, there are no elevators in the villas, so definitely make sure you're accommodated with any disabilities. "

"The staff was amazing. We were in town for the BTS concert and they did their best to accommodate early check ins while also preparing a room for people to get ready in for those that weren’t checked in yet."

"It was very convenient to be able to walk a short distance from the airport. The room was nice. I slept well with no disruption. I really like the free fountain Coke. I'll stay again next time I come to El Paso."

"First the man at the front desk said that my reservation was canceled by Expedia and to call Expedia. The phone numbers that I found for Expedia customer service were wrong, one was a company that does adult chat lines. Then the front desk said that the manager of the hotel canceled my reservation because they had issues with several of their rooms. I was NOT notified of this prior to my arrival. Then the front desk finds me a room which was disgusting, no pillow cases for the old worn stained pillows, one of the beds was not clean with hair on the sheets, all counters were dirty, and there was pink and gray/black MOLD on the door frame of the bathroom! I had no where else to go, all hotels were booked due to the BTS concert. The light outside of my room was not working so I didn’t feel safe opening my door or leaving my luggage in the room. I came for the BTS concert and all I could do was cry because I had no where else to go. It was a horrible experience and I am requesting a refund because it was not worthy of the $500 I paid for it. It was beyond disappointing. Please respond."
