Nestled in the Adirondacks, this charming village offers hiking trails along the Sacandaga River and peaceful kayaking on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Explore local history at the Northville-Northampton Historical Museum or time your visit for the annual Doins festival with live music and craft vendors.
This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

After traveling a long way I was greeted at the desk by a wonderful female staff. She provided me dinner recommendations and reminded me of the complementary beverages in the lobby. The room was very clean and there were plenty of towels. It was a little tricky to find as the road sneaks up on you even with GPS and the room was a little thin but everything else was worth it. Hotel was much cheaper than one I stayed in Albany in the past and much better in my opinion. I will stay again when I...

It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. Antique furniture, pines cones, snowshoes, layered bedding...like in an LLBean catalog. The bed was super comfy. I had a large screen TV and mini fridge in the room. Although there is a...

This B&B is located on a 10 acre farm in a pleasant residential area. It is roughly two miles from down town Saratoga Springs. The owners are two women, former chefs, who go out of their way to meet your food preferences and who provide you with an unforgettable breakfast experience. The structure is well maintained, clean and homie. This by far is one of the nicest B&B my girl friend and I have been too. My only one criticism is that I felt that they could have served a better quality of coffee...
