「This was our first stay at a bed-and-breakfast, it turned out to be great. Our host Brad and Julie were extremely nice very friendly. A room was great. The breakfast was fantastic, far better than you’ll get in any hotel. I would highly recommend this bed-and-breakfast to anybody that is in the Waterville area. I am sure that you will be as pleased as my wife and I were.」

「breakfast was great. the coffee was good. and the French toast with fresh strawberries was great, bed was comfortable and then room was good. however touch up the paint in the bathroom on the bottom of the door and you would have full 5 stars from me. thanks for a great stay.」

「Most of the lights I’m my room did not work. The walls had a lot of patching painting that needed to be done in the room. The room needed dusting for cobwebs. The AC was quite noisy. The flooring in the room was new and nice. The furniture in the room was outdated and in poor repair with the sofa cushions ripped open. Pillow cases were ripped.」
