"Nice, modern and clean property. Well-equipped kitchen and modern bathroom, comfy bed. Crisp bedding. Grocery stores like Migros and Coop nearby. Only short walk to tram stop for easy access to the train stations such as Oerlikon and Zurich Haupt Bahnhof as well as the zurich airport. Ice water dispenser available in the lobby which also has a set up for coworking stations. Comfortable furniture set up in the lobby such as two hanging swing chairs and several 4 person booth and couches. Umbrella rental by the front door. You scan your credit card to rent one for free. Washing and dry machine by Bosch working well. Only drawback is self checkin. There is a reception but the hotel’s preference appears to be a self-checkin which is a daunting task after hours of travel. But a staff member is there to assist. AC is not as strong as I want it to be but was good."

"I’m a New Yorker with high expectations and this place was super cute, comfortable, modern, clean, helpful staff and the best location. They even had a parking space for us which was beyond helpful in this area with little to no street parking. I would stay here every time just for the parking !"

"Perfect location to catch a flight out of Zurich if you need an overnight stay. Can walk underground to airport gates or parking garage. Beautiful hotel and quiet!"

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"

"The rooms were clean. There is a good selection at the buffet, the bacon is especially good. The only thing that surprised me was the number of staircases, it makes it slightly more challenging for elderly guests, though not impossible, as there is an elevator to all floors. Overall a wonderful hotel."
