"Location is the best if you are coming in via train and leaving via airport or vice versa. All so convenient. Staff very helpful and air conditioning was great during the heat being experienced in the region. Would definitely stay there again."

"Staff was great, let us check in early after an 8 am landing into Zurich. Elevator in the smaller side but didn’t have to wait too long. Rooms were a little cramped and wish there were more fans. Also I know it’s out of their control but the construction across the street starting promptly at 7 am was a bit much"

"Very helpful and friendly staff even at later hours of the evening(late check-in). Cleanliness of the hotel. Fair pricing for the location. Parking is tough if you don't pay the hotel parking and you arrive later in the evening, but if you find a spot you will save $$ on parking."

"Very friendly, helpful staff . Easy check in and check out. Room was ready at 2pm, before the usual 3pm check in time. Hotel location was excellent, near tram station and grocery! Easy access 5 minutes walk to tram # 2 and #3 tram stops that takes you to Old City and lake Zurich. Excellent amenities pool, gym, jacuzzi etc! Tram #3 also takes you to Main Station HB for TGV express to Paris and other European cities! I highly recommend Crown Plaza IHG Zurich! The best 4 star hotel in Switzerland!,"
