I also received a complimentary room upgrade, which was beautiful and made my birthday trip feel even more special. Everyone I interacted with made me feel genuinely welcomed. "It's a good hotel, the beds are good, the pillows are good, and that's why we stayed there, but the AC was mediocre. It was warm, too warm to sleep well. The ac controller says -3 degrees.... of what? This alone makes us deciding not to return there anymore."
