「The hotel is in the midst of Gamla Stan (Old Town) with easy access to area shops and venues. Also nearby is a main shopping district and other attractions. Most of all, the staff was amazing. Pleasant and helpful.」

「the room is ok but they clean the room for every 7 days, not daily, a bit disappointed. Walking 10 min to nearby metro, too far especially if at night time. No proper reception after working hours, only security there .」
