「I liked the view of our room. Has everything you can actually look. Stay at the tippy top almost, also there was shake the lake concert during the weekend and easy walk to Harvard near the lake. 」
「As the price value was pretty okay for what they provided, a clean room with a reasonable breakfast. Located next to the highway to the West as I remember. Except the 2 reception staffs morning and late afternoon were a bit impolite and impatient.
I complained that they offered me a very inconvenient room that hard to carry my big luggage through a very hallway. The reception female staff for check in answered me kind of stupid reply.

「A very interesting historical building and it’s pretty cool that It’s still operating as a hotel. I was very comfortable in my room. The staff was friendly. I had noisy neighbours downstairs, but that’s no fault of the establishment. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Thunder Bay. 」
「Very spacious and clean room. Very nice that room has two chairs to sit on. Usually other hotels has just one. We asked for room with easy access to our door and we got it. Red Squirrel and Chipmunks are living at nearby trees. Nice to see them around! Close to beautiful sunset spot, waterfront with lots of flowers. Three dollar self care Premium Car Wash nearby if you need one. Beautiful Duchesnay Waterfalls trails are 15 min drive away. Western side of the Falls are the best!」
「All staff we met were wonderful. In town so you're close to a lot of walkable eating establishments. Even though we're on the main highway, noise level was minimal. Grew up in the Sault and didn't know this place existed until I was searching for pet friendly motel/hotel. Definitely recommended. 」
