"In general the accommodation is more or less good in terms of location, room space and cleanliness. However I did have a not so nice experience during checkin. I have got an email from the hotel offering me an upgrade to level 5 or 6 before my stay, which I have confirmed the acceptance via email. But when checked in the hotel on 27-09-2025, I was told by the reception that the offer and confirmation did not appear in their system and the upgrade was not validated. This has caused some chaos then. I have to stay in a room on level 3 to the end of my trip."

"會訂這家的原因是因為想體驗住露營車，而且離機場開車只要十幾分鐘，以及價格考量。暖氣很給力但很吵，後來直接把空調全關了，開著電毯睡也不致於太冷。就是個體驗，當然是沒有住飯店舒服。"

"山型城市、酒店在較高位置，只宜自駕遊入住。食肆較遠，不方便。門鎖殘舊，房內亦無任何防盗設施，5人的家庭房空間細，行李箱也沒位置打開。第4及5位家庭成員已沒有熱水沖涼，接待處8時已沒有職員幫忙。等待了兩個小時也沒有熱水，這次體驗太可怕。"

"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was very clean and tidy, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. However, my window faced the main road, so it was quite noisy at night and a bit hard to sleep. Other than that, everything was excellent."

"Great location, very near to the restaurants, balcony overlooking the beach. Most importantly the manager was the most caring and helpful hotel manager we have encountered in our many years of traveling. Because our own mistake, our itinerary was off by one day, which affected our hotel arrangements. She was very understanding and graciously offered accommodation, and even helped to contact the next hotel in our itinerary for new arrangement. Before getting off duty, she came to our room to ensure we were fine with everything. "

"Overall good experience but kitchen not full enough, only provide tea bag & instant coffee and the kettle is very dirty!"
