「I loved the fact that the property had so much kitchen utensils, pots, pans, rice cooker ect. Very different to the 3 useless pans at other accomodations I’ve stayed at in the past. Loved the privacy of the property. The quietness and the views!
Only downside was the second room didn’t have bedding only a blanket on top. But other than that would definitely recommend and book here again. 」

「The best place to stay in Tasmania. Avalon Coastal Retreat is an awesome place to stay. The location and space is unrivalled with sweeping views over Coles Bay to Freycinet Nat Park and pure architectural elegance of the accomodation was stunning. 「This is a hard review because the property was very good. However, when we arrived, there was no key in the lock box and the house was unlocked. No one had communicated with us that there were any issues. We had to call to find out what was going on and a key was delivered to us 90 minutes later. The house smelled of pet urine. 「Excellent communication with hosts. Great location and very clean. The hosts supplied some lovely surprises — granola, bubbly, coffee, nut milk. The only complaint is that Expedia was a bit slow on getting the access code (never received) and wifi info before check in time, otherwise, five stars.」
