"The phones were not working and the lights in the lobby were not working. To be fair, we went during the week so the entire town was completely dead. Not a single person, so not recommended during the week unless it’s a holiday. But if you are looking for a mid range holiday experience with your family with mediocre service, food pretty authentic then you will not be disappointed. "

"This hotel is outdated and needs a good renovation. Water from the shower was all over the room bathroom (Even with the door closed), drain was half blocked so a pool on the shower was created. Floors were full of scratches and trims were all broken or damaged. Bed was OK They provide a bare minimum of bathroom amenities (be prepared to bring your own stuff) Hotel is well located but seems like they dont care about guests complaints."

"It was a lovely property - lots of garden area with many trees and flowering bushes, lots of birds. Many eating areas - all good. Pleasant open feel to the whole lobby and eating places. beautiful infinity pool and many different places to sit for the day. The beach was not the greatest, but good enough - sand sloped down and some large rock formations in water - a good flat beach could be walked to south of this beach. Located ok for out of resort restaurants and shops. Room was clean and had everything I needed - nice patio overlooking the gardens and pool and ocean."

"Resort had all you can need to have a great vacation. The only downfall is that is far from the malecon but other than that great place to vacation. Will recommend to others."

"The rooms have broken and damaged furniture. The shower curtain was too short for the shower and had no shower liner. The blind was broken and could not go down. Second room I was shown was worse."
